From rear of plug, top left, working clockwise: pin 1 - WHT, pin 2 - WHT, pin 3 - GREY, pin 4 BLK

Type 54
Pin No. 3 may be coloured either Red or Grey on your replacement sensor. This is just different wiring conventions and has no effect on the sensor performance
